Cherry Tomato Clafoutis

Instructions

. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the rice cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the basil.

. In a gratin dish, arrange the washed and dried cherry tomatoes, then pour the mixture over them. Bake for 45 minutes.

. Serve warm with a beetroot salad or a green salad.
