Chia Pudding

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the almond milk over the chia seeds. Add vanilla, sugar (or honey), and cinnamon. Mix well.
  • 2.   Let it soak for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, ideally overnight.
  • 3.   Pour the pudding into a glass, bowl, or dessert dish of your choice. Add oat flakes and red fruits before serving.

Ingredients for servings

  • 200 ml of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon of chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon of birch sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoon of oat flake
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon of frozen red fruits
