Ham cones with mixed vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Drain the mixed vegetables and place them in a large bowl. Add the mayonnaise and chopped parsley. Season generously with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  • 2.   Place a slice of white ham on a plate. Place a little bit of mixed vegetables on one side of the slice. Roll gently to enclose the vegetables.
  • 3.   Place the ham cone on a lettuce leaf and repeat the process for each slice of ham. Serve chilled.

  • 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley
  • 4 leaf of lettuce
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
