1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Rinse the carrots with clear water, then peel them.
3. Cut them into small cubes on your cutting board.
4. Bring a pot of water to a boil on the stove.
5. Put the carrots in the boiling water and let them cook for 20 minutes.
6. Drain and set aside.
7. Meanwhile, dice the zucchini and mushrooms.
8. Heat an oiled pan on the stove and sauté them for 5 minutes.
9. Add the cooked carrots and mix.
10. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
11. Prepare a loaf pan and place a lasagna sheet at the bottom.
12. Spread some tomato sauce and half of the vegetables on top.
13. Place another lasagna sheet and repeat the process.
14. Finish with the last lasagna sheet and spread grated cheese on top.
15. Bake for 30 minutes.
