Homemade Vegetable Lasagna

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Rinse the carrots with clear water, then peel them.
  • 3.   Cut them into small cubes on your cutting board.
  • 4.   Bring a pot of water to a boil on the stove.
  • 5.   Put the carrots in the boiling water and let them cook for 20 minutes.
  • 6.   Drain and set aside.
  • 7.   Meanwhile, dice the zucchini and mushrooms.
  • 8.   Heat an oiled pan on the stove and sauté them for 5 minutes.
  • 9.   Add the cooked carrots and mix.
  • 10.   Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • 11.   Prepare a loaf pan and place a lasagna sheet at the bottom.
  • 12.   Spread some tomato sauce and half of the vegetables on top.
  • 13.   Place another lasagna sheet and repeat the process.
  • 14.   Finish with the last lasagna sheet and spread grated cheese on top.
  • 15.   Bake for 30 minutes.
