Instructions

  • 1.   1. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff with 2 pinches of salt and the juice of ¼ lemon. Gradually add 3 tablespoons of cornstarch while mixing: the batter should be used immediately.


    1. Quickly dip 400g of peeled shrimp (frozen or fresh) into the batter, then drop them into very hot oil. As soon as they are golden brown, drain them on paper towels. Serve hot.
