Creamy Salmon Rice (without cow's milk)

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in boiling salted water.
  • 2.   Cut the salmon slices into cubes.
  • 3.   Cook them in a pan.
  • 4.   When the salmon is cooked, set it aside and deglaze the pan with the cream over low heat.
  • 5.   When the rice is cooked, drain it and mix it with the cream and cooked salmon.
