Bacon Tagliatelle with cream (gluten free and cow's milk)

Instructions

  • 1.   Diving tagliatelle in salt water, boiling.
  • 2.   Brown bacon in a frying pan.
  • 3.   When the tagliatelle are al dente, drain them
  • 4.   When the bacon is cooked, reserve and deglaze the pan with the cream over low heat.
  • 5.   Chop 100g tomme sheep (the driest possible)
