Crispy Waffles

Here is a recipe for truly crispy waffles, similar to the ones found at carnivals.

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour with the baking powder, then gradually incorporate the milk while stirring well to avoid lumps.
  • 2.   Melt the butter and add it to the flour + milk mixture. Then add the beaten eggs and sugars.
  • 3.   There is no need to let the batter rest, it can be used right away!
  • 4.   Grease the waffle plates well before cooking the waffles.
  • 5.   Eat the waffles immediately after cooking to keep them crispy.

  • 40 cl of milk
  • 90 g of butter
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
