Instructions

  • 1.   Squeeze the lemon and drink it on an empty stomach.
  • 2.   Mix the cottage cheese and the various seeds.
  • 3.   Enjoy with a cup of green tea.

  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seed
  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower seed
  • 1 green tea
  • 1 lemon
