Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut the leeks
  • 2.   In the robot with the mixer attachment, put the leeks, butter, salt, and pepper on simmer P2 for 20 minutes
  • 3.   Cook the rice in the rice cooker
  • 4.   Add lemon juice, mustard, and cream on simmer P3 for 10 minutes
