Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the tomato and cut it into small cubes.
    Remove the middle germ from the garlic clove and crush the garlic using a garlic press.
  • 2.   Put everything in a blender, adding the basil, a pinch of salt, and the olive oil.
    Blend until you obtain a creamy sauce.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water.
    Once cooked, serve the pasta with the tomato/basil/garlic sauce.
