Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
    Wash the bell pepper and cut it.
    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  • 2.   Sauté the onions in a pan.
    Then add the bell pepper.
  • 3.   When the onion and bell pepper are tender, add the red beans, half of the tomatoes, and the salsa sauce. (or any other sauce)
    Simmer.
  • 4.   Slice the avocado.
  • 5.   Heat the wheat tortillas in the microwave.
    Once cooked, place the hot mixture from the pan onto the wheat tortillas, add the avocado and some cherry tomatoes. It's ready.

  • ½ onions
  • ½ bell peppers
  • 100 g of cherry tomato
  • ½ avocados
  • 50 g of tomato sauce
  • ½ tablespoon of olive oil
