Instructions

  • 1.   Cut a large piece of parchment paper per fillet. On each of them, place a quarter of the vegetables in the middle. Place the fish on top. Add lemon juice, chives, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Seal the papillotes tightly in the shape of a pouch, using kitchen twine.
  • 3.   Place the papillotes in the microwave oven and cook on high power (900 W) for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
