Vegetable soup with Thermomix

Want a soup hot and unctuous? Nothing better than a velouté of vegetables to warm up and comfort you with the cold. A simple recipe with Thermomix, carrots, zucchini, potatoes, white leek, onion, vegetable cube, olive oil, salt, pepper and place in the preparation of your dinner!

  • 1.   Peel and cut the onion in 2 and cut carrots and potatoes into pieces. Wash and cut zucchini and leek.
