Caramelized Pork

Instructions

. Brown the onion with brown sugar in a cast iron pot

. Add the pork, cut into pieces, and the diced bacon
3
. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, if needed, add a little water
4
. Add the nuoc-mâm sauce, a little salt and pepper
5
. Simmer for 15 minutes
Notes & Suggestions
To reheat the next day, even better, bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C while monitoring the juice.
