Grilled salmon steak and tagliatelle

Instructions

  • 1.   Swirl and dice the tomatoes. Peel, deglaze and chop the garlic. Wash and dry the zucchini. Using a thrifter, cut zucchini strips.
  • 2.   In a small pan, sauté the garlic with the tomatoes. Salt and add Espelette pepper.
  • 3.   Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the water.
  • 4.   Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a skillet. Grill the salmon pavé 5 min. On each side.
  • 5.   Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the time indicated on the package.
  • 6.   Drain pasta, coat with 2 tbsp. olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix with tomato sauce and raw zucchini. Serve the tagliatelle immediately with the grilled salmon.

J'ai remplacé le piment d'espelette par du cayenne et très légèrement fait revenir les rubans de courgette.
