Grilled Salmon and Tagliatelle

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and dice the tomatoes.
    Peel, remove the germ, and chop the garlic.
    Wash and dry the zucchini. Use a peeler to cut zucchini into strips.
  • 2.   In a small sauté pan, sauté the garlic with the tomatoes. Season with salt and add Espelette pepper.
  • 3.   Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt to the water.
  • 4.   Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet. Grill the salmon fillets for 5 minutes on each side.
  • 5.   Meanwhile, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package.
  • 6.   Drain the pasta, toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix with the tomato sauce and raw zucchini. Serve the tagliatelle immediately with the grilled salmon.

  • 400 g of fresh tagliatelle
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
