Semolina and Pea Buddha Bowl

Instructions

  • 1.   In a large bowl, put the semolina, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
    Boil a volume of water equivalent to the semolina.
    Once the water is hot, pour it over the semolina in the bowl.
    Cover the bowl and let the semolina swell for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the peas in water.
    Once cooked, add them to the semolina.
  • 3.   Peel the carrot and onion.
    Slice the carrot, onion, and mushrooms into thin strips.
    Add everything to the bowl along with the lamb's lettuce.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and garam masala.
    Finally, drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.

  • 50 g of pea
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ onions
  • 20 g of mushroom
  • 50 g of lamb's lettuce
  • 5 g of pumpkin seed
  • ½ teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
