Shrimp and Avocado Salad with Passion Fruit and Banana

Instructions
1. Finely chop the garlic and mix it in a dish with the flesh and seeds of passion fruit, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the peeled shrimp and mix well.
2. Peel the bananas and avocados and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the bowl and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, stirring occasionally so that the shrimp cook in the lemon juice.
3. When ready to serve, sprinkle with crushed peanuts or cashews and enjoy chilled!
