Big pancake! - by callmeLou According to you: Vary the flour: oat, wheat, whole wheat, your choice! Same goes for almond powder... hazelnut, pistachio, grated coconut, etc... or just flour! And the same with fruits: banana, apple, blueberries, raspberries, etc...

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix well between each ingredient, (For those with a sweet tooth: +20g of sugar)
    Feel free to add flavoring or fruits, etc.
    Let it rest if possible, heat the pan, pour the batter and cook on low heat all at once or in small portions.

    If making a traditional pancake size, you can prepare several in advance and reheat them for a few seconds in the toaster before serving.

    Add toppings to make it more indulgent! (fruits, chocolate chips, almond butter...)
  • 2.   Proportions to keep for 1 egg: 130g of flour (oat, almond, etc.) to 160-200ml of milk (milk, melted butter (30g max), cream (80ml max), yogurt, cottage cheese, buttermilk...)
