Fromage blanc and strawberries

Tips Add a few drops of lemon and/or mint or basil on your verrines for even more freshness. Choose soy yogurt for a dessert rich in plant-based proteins.

Instructions

  • 1.   Set aside a tablespoon of plain fromage blanc per ramekin to prepare
    (+ see notes)
  • 2.   Blend half of the strawberries. (or finely chop)
    Mix them with the sugar (if necessary) and the remaining fromage blanc.
  • 3.   Divide into glasses and place the remaining strawberries cut into pieces on top, then a spoonful of plain fromage blanc.
    Serve chilled.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Add a few drops of lemon and/or 1 or 2 finely chopped mint or basil leaves to the plain fromage blanc to refresh!

    Idea: also set aside a teaspoon of coulis per ramekin to drizzle after plating!
