White cheese and strawberries

Tips Add a few drops of lemon and / or mint or basil to your verrines for even more freshness. Prefer a soy yogurt for a dessert rich in vegetable proteins.

Instructions

  • 1.   Reserve a small tablespoon of plain white cheese per ramekin to prepare (+ see notes)
  • 2.   Mix half of the strawberries. (or chop small) Mix them with the sugar (if necessary) and the rest of the cottage cheese.
  • 3.   Divide into cups and place the rest of the strawberries cut into pieces on top, then a spoon of plain white cheese. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Add a few drops of lemon and / or 1 or 2 chopped leaves of mint or basil to plain white cheese to refresh! Idea: also reserve a teaspoon of coulis per ramekin to coat after dressing!
