1. Pour the flour into a mixing bowl. Add the oil and white wine, then the eggs one by one, the baking powder, grated cheese, and finally the olives and ham cut into small cubes.
2. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan lined with parchment paper, filling it three-quarters full.
3. Bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 410°F (210°C).
4. Serve the cake sliced or in small cubes for appetizers.
