Instructions

  • 1.   Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe dish with a wide bottom (the eggs should spread out over the entire bottom).
  • 2.   Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  • 3.   Cover either with a lid (not tightly closed) or with pierced plastic wrap.
  • 4.   Microwave on high power for about 1 minute. Adjust the cooking time if necessary by extending the cooking time by a few seconds.
