Indian-style Mushroom Blésotto

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the onion in olive oil, add the wheat, pour in the broth and let it cook for 20 minutes.
  • 2.   Add the mushrooms and Indian spices.
  • 3.   Heat and serve.

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 150 g of Ebly
  • 2 onions
  • 300 g of mushroom
  • 50 cl of vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 pinch of cumin seed
  • 1 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 stalk of fresh coriander
  • 1 pinch of garam masala
