Instructions

  • 1.   In a pan, add the cooking fat and brown both sides of the escalopes.
  • 2.   Reduce the heat so that the escalopes cook on the inside.
  • 3.   Cook the peeled and sliced mushrooms until the mushroom juice is reduced.
  • 4.   Pour in the liquid cream (be careful not to boil). Serve immediately.

  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
