Instructions
1. Cook the linguine according to the cooking instructions on the package.
2. Meanwhile, in a medium-high heat skillet, heat the oil. Add the julienned bell peppers and sugar snap peas.
3. Cook for 3 or 4 minutes. The vegetables should still be crunchy.
4. Add the minced garlic and roughly chopped cashews and cook for an additional minute. Stir in the hot maple smoked salmon cubes and the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix well.
