Chocolate mascarpone fondant with Companion

Instructions

  • 1.   Using the kneading blade, crush the chopped chocolate and mascarpone in the bowl. Start the manual mode at speed 3, for 6 minutes at 60 degrees.
  • 2.   Add the remaining ingredients, start at speed 7 for 20 seconds.
  • 3.   Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in a convection oven. If it appears liquid when removed, it's normal as it thickens when cooling.
