1. In the robot bowl without accessories, add the bacon, pepper, bouillon cubes, clove, celery stalk cut in half, carrot cut into 4 pieces, 3 cloves of garlic, and the bouquet garni.
2. Cover with 1 liter of water.
3. Lock the lid without the cap. Position the external steam cooker.
4. Slice the cabbage and onion into strips and place them in the steam cooker.
5. Start the steam program P2 for 45 minutes (or manually set it to 50 minutes at 120°C).
6. Peel the potatoes. Chop the remaining 2 cloves of garlic. Cut the butter into cubes.
7. At the end of the cooking, remove the external steam cooker, season the cabbage with salt, add the sausages, garlic, and cubed butter.
8. Remove the lid from the bowl, add the potatoes and 20 cl of water.
9. Lock the lid without the cap, reposition the external steam cooker.
10. Start the steam program P2 for 30 minutes (or manually set it to 35 minutes at 120°C).
