Instructions
1. Cut the drained peppers into strips and keep their oil.
2. Slice the cheese.
3. Spread tapenade on 4 slices of white bread, cover with cheese slices and drained peppers. Finish with a slice of chorizo and another slice of bread.
4. Spread the croque-monsieur with the piquillo oil.
5. Cook in the oven under the broiler or in a sandwich maker.
