Fish fillets with vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the carrots and zucchini into small dice. Cut the peppers into strips. Slice the leeks.
  • 2.   In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the sliced onions and prepared vegetables.
  • 3.   Sprinkle with curry, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about ten minutes.
  • 4.   In a separate pan, melt the butter with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, cook the fish fillets, and season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Serve the fish with the vegetables. Can be accompanied by a little rice.
