Rice and Zucchini Light Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
  • 2.   Wash the zucchini and cut them into very thin slices. In a bowl, put the zucchini slices. Then add the raw brown rice, milk, and cream. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs according to your taste. Mix the preparation.
  • 3.   Pour the preparation into an ovenproof dish. Then cover with grated cheese for gratin. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove your gratin dish from the oven and serve it directly.
