Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the oil, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, and herbs.
  • 2.   Place the tofu slices in the mixture to marinate for at least one hour (or preferably overnight).
  • 3.   Cook the tofu slices on both sides (until well grilled) in a pan with the sauce.

  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of Provence herb
