Mini Tuna Boursin Croissants

Very tasty appetizer: the delight of mini croissants

Instructions

  • 1.   • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
  • 2.   • Mix the tuna and Boursin cheese with garlic and herbs in a bowl.
    • Add the sliced olives (optional), salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   • Cut the dough into 8 triangles (cut in half, then cut each half into 4) or more if you want smaller croissants.
  • 4.   • Place half a tablespoon of filling on the widest end of each triangle.
    • Roll up the dough towards the point, shaping it into a croissant.
  • 5.   • Brush the top of the croissants with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with a pinch of sesame seeds.
  • 6.   • Bake at 180ºC (350ºF) for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Several ingredients can be optional according to your taste (olives/onions/gruyère cheese...).
