Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onions.
    Arrange the slices in a dish.
  • 2.   Crush the coarse salt, garlic, and chili with a pestle (or use a cutting board and a clean bottle) until you obtain a paste.
  • 3.   Spread the paste on the chicken thighs and then place them on the bed of onions.
  • 4.   In a bowl, put the oil, paprika, and 1 glass of wine. Add the peeled potatoes, mix, and arrange them around the thighs.
  • 5.   Bake at 210°C (410°F). After 20 to 25 minutes, turn the thighs over and pour the wine over them. Wait for another 20 to 25 minutes, then turn them over again until the end of cooking.

  • 2 pinch of onion
  • 2 glass of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
