Mustard-Crusted Cod Fillets.
Mustard delicately enhances the delicacy of white fish. A dish that requires minimal preparation.

Instructions

. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).

. Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper, and arrange them in a buttered baking dish.

. Beat the sour cream with the mustard and chopped dill, salt, and pepper.

. Spread this mixture over the fish fillets.

. Bake for 20 minutes; cover the dish with aluminum foil if the top dries out too quickly during cooking.

. Serve with lemon wedges, steamed potatoes, and optionally mixed greens, leek fondue...
