Mustard-Crusted Cod Fillets.

Mustard delicately enhances the delicacy of white fish. A dish that requires minimal preparation.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
  • 2.   Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper, and arrange them in a buttered baking dish.
  • 3.   Beat the sour cream with the mustard and chopped dill, salt, and pepper.
  • 4.   Spread this mixture over the fish fillets.
  • 5.   Bake for 20 minutes; cover the dish with aluminum foil if the top dries out too quickly during cooking.
  • 6.   Serve with lemon wedges, steamed potatoes, and optionally mixed greens, leek fondue...
