Instructions

  • 1.   In the robot equipped with the kneading/chopping blade, add the milk and yeast. Warm up at speed 3 at 35 °C for 3 minutes. Add the eggs, flour, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, and butter, then start the dough program P2 for 3 minutes.
  • 2.   At the end of the program, take out the dough and incorporate the pearl sugar. Let it rest for 30 minutes in a bowl covered with a towel.
  • 3.   Preheat the waffle iron. Take a ball of dough and place it in the waffle iron, cook for about 7 minutes. Repeat until all the dough is used.

Notes & Suggestions

  • The dough for Liège waffles is very dense, don't be surprised.
