Instructions
1. Roll out the pastry in a pie dish. Cover with slices of salmon.
2. Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in a pressure cooker (it's faster: I cook it for 5 minutes once it starts boiling). Once cooked, spread it over the salmon.
3. Mix the cream and eggs, then add salt, pepper, and dill.
4. Pour this mixture over the broccoli. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes.
Notes & Suggestions
The cream/egg mixture may not be enough for the quiche, so I dilute it with a little milk.
