Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Cook the potatoes, then mash them with a fork.
  • 3.   Add the diced tomato, grated cheese, diced raclette cheese, and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • 4.   On a baking sheet, roll out the puff pastry, fill it in the center, and fold the edges.
  • 5.   Brush with egg yolk.
  • 6.   Bake for 25 minutes.
