Cheese, bacon, and tomato puff pastries.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Unroll the pastry and divide it into 4 quarters of a circle.
  • 3.   Place the 4 quarters of pastry, with the baking sheet, on the baking tray.
  • 4.   Cut the tomato into small cubes.
    Slice the goat cheese thinly.
  • 5.   Spread the goat cheese slices (or 30g of cream cheese), tomato cubes, and some bacon on each quarter of pastry.
    Sprinkle with pepper and basil.
  • 6.   Close the puff pastries by bringing the corners together and sealing them with a little water on the inside.
  • 7.   Brush them with beaten egg.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
