1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Unroll the pastry and divide it into 4 quarters of a circle.
3. Place the 4 quarters of pastry, with the baking sheet, on the baking tray.
4. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Slice the goat cheese thinly.
5. Spread the goat cheese slices (or 30g of cream cheese), tomato cubes, and some bacon on each quarter of pastry.
Sprinkle with pepper and basil.
6. Close the puff pastries by bringing the corners together and sealing them with a little water on the inside.
7. Brush them with beaten egg.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).
