Omelette and Boursin Sandwich

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash, core, and slice the tomato. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them into an omelette using a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   In a hot pan, pour olive oil, add finely chopped green onion, season with salt, and cook for 1 minute. Add the tomato and cook for another minute.
    Then pour in the eggs and cook the omelette for 2 minutes, then roll it up on the edge of the pan to give it a sausage shape.
  • 3.   Cut the bread lengthwise. Using a spatula, spread Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese. Place the omelette on top, add Iceberg lettuce leaves.
  • 4.   Close the sandwich and serve cold or warm.

  • 1 green onion
  • ½ tomatoes
  • 2 leaf of lettuce
  • 2 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
