Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the macaroni in boiling water.
  • 2.   In a small skillet, melt 40 grams of butter and sauté the mushrooms and onion for 5 minutes in the hot butter.
  • 3.   Add the ham to the mushrooms and onion, season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Sprinkle with cheese and dot with small pieces of butter.

  • 150 g of button mushroom
  • 5 handful of onion
  • 100 g of grated Gruyère cheese
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
