Light Turkey with Mushrooms

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat water and cook the green beans
  • 2.   Clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters
  • 3.   Chop the chives
  • 4.   Oil a pan and sauté the mushrooms over high heat
  • 5.   Season with salt and pepper
  • 6.   Sprinkle with chives
  • 7.   Add the sour cream
  • 8.   Mix and let it cook over very low heat
  • 9.   Add the turkey cutlets and brown them on both sides over high heat
  • 10.   Reduce the heat, continue cooking for 15 minutes, flipping them over
  • 11.   Arrange the mushrooms on a plate, add the cutlets, sprinkle with the remaining chives, and serve immediately
