Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a large volume of boiling salted water.
  • 2.   Mince the onions. Prepare the cream, egg yolks, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix.
  • 3.   Fry the onions in the pan. As soon as they are golden, add the bacon.
  • 4.   Remove the bacon from the heat as soon as they are golden and add them to the cream.
  • 5.   Once pasta cooked al dente, drain and add the cream.
  • 6.   Put back on the heat if the dish has cooled.
  • 7.   Serve and good appetite!

Notes

  • You can also decorate your dish with mushrooms.

    Hello, this is the raw weight, it is 100g dry pasta / person. You can reduce to 80g / person if you want to reduce energy intake.
