This sandwich is to Tunisia what the ham and butter sandwich is to France.

Instructions
1. Peel and cut the potatoes in half, then cook them with the eggs in boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Slice the hard-boiled egg and dice the potato.
2. Cut the tomato and cucumber into small cubes and mix.
3. Using a long knife, split the bread and generously spread harissa on it.
Drizzle a few drops of olive oil.
4. Fill the sandwich with cucumber-tomato salad, tuna, potato and egg, preserved lemon, and olives. Add a chili pepper (optional).
