Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the tails and wash the spinach.
  • 2.   Cook the spinach with a little fat.
  • 3.   Mix spinach with ricotta, salt, pepper, nutmeg and possibly a little liquid cream.
  • 4.   Roll the lasagna leaves with the preparation and arrange them in a dish.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 6.   Pour a little liquid cream on the gratin.
  • 7.   Bake.
