Ricotta & Spinach Cannelloni

Instructions

  • 1.   Remove the stems and wash the spinach.
  • 2.   Cook the spinach with a little fat.
  • 3.   Mix the spinach with ricotta, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and optionally a little heavy cream.
  • 4.   Roll the lasagna sheets with the mixture and place them in a dish.
  • 5.   Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
  • 6.   Pour a little heavy cream over the gratin.
  • 7.   Bake in the oven.

  • 500 g of fresh spinach
  • 250 g of ricotta
  • 125 g of lasagna sheet
  • 115 g of grated emmental
  • 115 ml of heavy cream

    Blend everything together. There is no cooking time mentioned nor the temperature at which the oven should be preheated. Otherwise, it's a nice recipe to make.
