. Remove the stems and wash the spinach.

. Cook the spinach with a little fat.

. Mix the spinach with ricotta, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and optionally a little heavy cream.

. Roll the lasagna sheets with the mixture and place them in a dish.

. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.

. Pour a little heavy cream over the gratin.

. Bake in the oven.

Blend everything together. There is no cooking time mentioned nor the temperature at which the oven should be preheated. Otherwise, it's a nice recipe to make.
