Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the onions using the ultrablade (15 seconds on speed 11) and sauté them in oil for 4 minutes (speed 1 at 130 degrees for 10 minutes).
  • 2.   Add the lentils and rice to cook in one liter of water, with 1 teaspoon of ground cumin. Set the simmer program to P3 for 40 minutes.
  • 3.   Once cooked, mash them into a puree and add salt.
  • 4.   Serve with tomatoes.
