Tuna club sandwich

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix tuna and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  • 2.   Slice some cucumber and place them on the bread slices.
  • 3.   Spread the prepared tuna over the cucumbers.
  • 4.   Add grated carrots (or tomato slices).
  • 5.   Close the sandwich and cut it diagonally to make triangles.

Ingredients for servings

  • 8 slice of sliced bread
  • ½ cucumbers
  • 2 canned tuna in oil (drained weight)
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 5 teaspoon of mayonnaise
