Vegetarian forest quiche

Main course that can be enjoyed with a salad.

Vegetarian Quiche

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • 2.   Spread the puff pastry in a mold (do not subtract the baking paper).
  • 3.   Roast mushrooms and bacon.
  • 4.   Spread the mushrooms and bacon on the puff pastry.
  • 5.   Beat the eggs with the cream and spice, salt & pepper.
  • 6.   Spread the grated cheese over the mixture.
  • 7.   Pour the egg / cream mixture over the mixture.
  • 8.   Bake for about half an hour and watch the cooking.
