Vegetarian Forest Quiche

Main dish that can be enjoyed with a salad.

Vegetarian Quiche

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • 2.   Roll out the puff pastry in a pie dish (do not remove the parchment paper).
  • 3.   Roast the mushrooms and bacon bits.
  • 4.   Spread the mushrooms and bacon bits on the puff pastry.
  • 5.   Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Sprinkle the grated cheese over the mixture.
  • 7.   Pour the egg/cream mixture over the preparation.
  • 8.   Bake for about half an hour and monitor the cooking process.

  • 1 pure butter puff pastry
  • 500 g of button mushroom
  • 1 vegetarian bacon
  • 200 ml of heavy cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g of grated cheese
