Vegetarian Forest Quiche

Instructions

. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).

. Roll out the puff pastry in a pie dish (do not remove the parchment paper).

. Roast the mushrooms and bacon bits.

. Spread the mushrooms and bacon bits on the puff pastry.

. Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.

. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the mixture.

. Pour the egg/cream mixture over the preparation.

. Bake for about half an hour and monitor the cooking process.
