Instructions

  • 1.   1 Peel the onion and roughly chop it. 2 Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion with the curry for 5 minutes. 3 Pour in the coconut milk, mix well, and let it reduce for 5 minutes. 4 Add the red lentils, tomatoes, broth, salt, and pepper. 5 Cook for 25 minutes, stirring regularly. 6 Blend and serve hot.

  • 40 cl of coconut milk
  • 40 cl of vegetable broth
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 salt and pepper
