Italian Croque
Italian croque to be enjoyed as a main dish, with arugula as a side.

Instructions

. Spread a slice of bread with tapenade.

. Cut the mozzarella into slices and place it, seasoned with salt and pepper, on the bread slice.

. Sprinkle with sliced olives.

. Sprinkle with arugula (or serve it as a side).

. Grill in a preheated grill.
Notes & Suggestions
The mozzarella can be replaced or combined with cream cheese, garlic, and herbs.
